Abstrak
Marriage service administration requires coordinated registration, document handling, scheduling, and access to procedural information. This study develops and functionally evaluates a web-based marriage service system for the Religious Affairs Office of Sirimau District, Ambon. Development followed a waterfall-oriented process supported by observation, interviews, and document review. The application uses native PHP, MySQL, Bootstrap, and a Chatbase conversational widget. Its modules support applicant registration, document uploads, application status monitoring, administrative data management, marriage scheduling, and printable records. Descriptive analysis of the documented black-box tests identified 44 scenarios: 24 core-function scenarios, 11 search and upload scenarios, and nine printing scenarios. All 44 scenarios were reported as successful. This result indicates conformity with the expected outputs of the tested scenarios, rather than comprehensive software quality or chatbot answer accuracy. The system demonstrates the feasibility of organizing local marriage service workflows within a shared web interface. Further evaluation should measure task completion time, user experience, chatbot response quality, and security before wider operational use.
